Every new bottle we craft still traces back to October of 1996 — when a backyard bursting with cayenne peppers turned into 60 homemade bottles of Louisiana pepper sauce. Labeled at the kitchen table. Given away as gifts. “Grown in the backyard and bottled in the kitchen.”

Folks came back asking for more.

That original Bayou Butt Burner recipe built our name. Blue Bayou builds on that legacy — with a subtle twist that adds depth without changing what made it great in the first place.
