Founded in 2015, Heartbeat Hot Sauce Co. grew from a home kitchen experiment into a globally respected brand, proudly operating from our dedicated facility in Thunder Bay’s South Core. Every recipe is developed, fermented, cooked, bottled, and packaged in-house. We ferment our peppers using traditional methods before blending them with a short list of high-quality ingredients. No added water. No thickeners. No preservatives. No extracts. Just clean, natural flavour with our unmistakable silky texture.
