Like everything we do, it traces back to October of 1996 — a backyard heavy with cayenne peppers, a kitchen turned into a bottling line, and 60 humble bottles labeled and handed out to friends. What started as “Grown in the backyard and bottled in the kitchen” turned into a Louisiana specialty brand built on one thing: do it right, or don’t do it at all.
