Ray Greene—better known as Ole Ray—is a proud member of the National Barbecue Association and a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society. With roots in Northern Florida and Southern Georgia, and years spent in California and Ohio, Ray has tasted barbecue from nearly every major regional tradition in America.
After eating great ‘cue coast to coast, he wanted something better balanced, more versatile, and truly memorable. So he created it.
