Ray Greene—known nationwide as Ole Ray—is a proud member of the National Barbecue Association and a certified judge with the Kansas City Barbeque Society. Raised between Northern Florida and Southern Georgia, and seasoned by years living in California and Ohio, Ray has eaten barbecue across America’s major regions.
After tasting it all, he wanted better balance, deeper flavor, and sauces that truly complement smoked meat instead of covering it up. So he created his own.
Ray and his wife Susan travel the country delivering and demonstrating his sauces, sharing hands-on expertise from competition circuits to backyard grills.
