Inspired by the vibrant culture of Trinidad & Tobago, the birthplace of Calypso music and home to some of the world’s most revered chile peppers, this Hot Ones–featured edition takes our original Dreams of Calypso concept and turns up the intensity. To honor both the rhythm of island life and the fire of its peppers, we replaced Scotch Bonnets with scorching Yellow 7-Pot Peppers, delivering a bold, commanding heat worthy of its Private Reserve status.
Lush tropical fruits provide a bright, aromatic opening, followed by the sharp tang of mustard and the natural sweetness of carrot, all layered with carefully selected Caribbean spices.
