This sauce is our personal interpretation of a century-old Louisiana pepper sauce tradition, a recipe generously shared in 1997 by an old Cajun friend, Rush Biossat of Maurepas, Louisiana, during a memorable evening at the Crescent City Brewhouse on Decatur Street in New Orleans. Rooted in friendship, heritage, and the enduring spirit of Cajun cooking, this recipe remains close to our heart.
